Choice of Courier Service

Customers can specify any shipping courier of their choice. However, we always prefer FeDex due to the efficiency and effectiveness with which they have been handling our shipments over the years. We also ship through EMS Speed Post.

The standard packaging we give to all our consignment guarantees that you receieve your orders in a safe and secured state.

Notification:

We communicate to the customer the Tracking Number of the parcel immediately after the shipping has been processed. Shipping time for international order is typically 5 to 10 business days.

Returns Policy:

We accept returned stones either for full refund or substitution IF sent within 48hours from the time of receipt of such consignment. However such goods must be in their original condition and package. Stones must not be damaged.
